1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SmallBizReply (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SmallBizReply is a review management platform that reads your Google Business Profile reviews and generates replies on your behalf. Replies are crafted to match your business's tone and style.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Google Integration

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorize SmallBizReply to access your reviews and post replies on your behalf. You can disconnect your Google account at any time through your dashboard or Google Account settings. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts for the same business
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Generated Replies

SmallBizReply generates review replies using automated technology. While we strive for high-quality, appropriate responses, you are ultimately responsible for the content posted to your Google Business Profile. We recommend reviewing replies in your dashboard periodically.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmallBizReply is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to changes in your Google review ratings or search rankings.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will revoke all Google access tokens and delete your data within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
