How to respond to a positive review for a Restaurant

In hospitality, tone is everything — diners judge how you'd treat them by how you treat reviewers.

Positive reviews deserve replies too — responding signals you're engaged, nudges other customers to leave their own, and helps your ranking. The mistake is a generic "Thank you for your feedback!" on every one.

React to the specific thing they mentioned, keep it short and genuine, and add a light, real invitation back. Don't gush, and don't repeat their review back to them.
